I am new at this game engine. I need to use unreal engine for a University lesson project, I just need to create basic things and need to show how to use the game engine. But when I tried to download, there was 2 licences that I need to pick from. I am not sure to pick which for my purpose ? Game developers or enterprise ?
And I have a one more question, What I will be able to do or not able to do with the licence I will select and Do I need to pay any money for this ?

What you mean is Game Developers Licence ? But it says this in the Enterprise version students who are not intending to release Unreal-powered software to consumers. Isn’t this licence more suitable for me ?
I think you could use the regular EULA, not Enterprise/Studio.
There are lots of rights and obligations under the EULA - you should review it carefully.
I mean the one comes up when I select downloadpage, When I click download at the right, top corner 2 choices comes up. First one is Game developers it says This license is for game developers intending to produce titles for distribution. And the second one is Enterprise and it says this This royalty-free license is for architecture, product design, manufacturing, design visualization and linear entertainment professionals, educators and students who are not intending to release Unreal-powered software to consumers. It covers Unreal Studio and Unreal Engine 4.
I am not sure which one I must choose, my only purpose is to make a simple, basic game with it that I can show in my class for a lesson project at my university and make I presentation about Unreal Engine’s history

One more question if you may, If I select the first licence, Game Developers licence, for game developers intending to produce titles for distribution , and If I make a game or anything Can I use it for my student project at the university without paying any money ? Or Do I need to pay money

You only pay royalties if you make any money.
