Launcher Issue

I seem to lack access to the 4.4.0 preview build.
The launcher is telling me to subscribe, yet my subscription is active.

My subscription was not active when this was initially released due to an issue with my credit card information. However now the issue has been resolved and I still lack access to the 4.4 preview build.

Launcher is able to download files on another computer.
I re-installed the launcher and now I am able to download the preview release.
Guess this is a bug.
