How to make sound play at start and continue - also when not in attentuation distance

Hi everyone,

In my game I placed some ambient sound (sound of a video actually but because of this bug I need to work around https://forums.unrealengine.com/development-discussion/audio/1388581-14-18-1-attenuation-distance-bug )

The video starts playing in a loop at the start of the game, but the sound only starts once I walk into the attentuation radius and therefore does not sync with the video anymore.

If I step out of the attentuation radis it stops and starts from beginning once I enter it again.

Anyone can offer help here? Is there a way I can implement it in the blueprint?
