Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Anyone have a neutral color LUT?

Hey, I need the neutral color LUT from the DOC's here https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-us/Engine/Rendering/PostProcessEffects/UsingLUTs but the link seems to be broken. Anyone have the neutral color LUT still saved in your files you could share?

Thanks! :) -Cohen

just save the image directly from the page by right clicking and selecting save image or the equivalent for your browser.

No, that link is literally broken (or was, of writing this message): https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-us/Engine/Rendering/PostProcessEffects/RGBTable16x1.png

Directly clicking on the link results in:

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

This link, however seems to work: http://api.unrealengine.com/images/Engine/Rendering/PostProcessEffects/UsingLUTs/RGBTable16x1.png

yes the link is broken but it shows the image on the page so you can copy it directly from the page. good to have a new link though i guess.

Negative- this is a bad idea. You need the original 16bit file. Saving from the page will give you a different format and color depth. Thus making it pointless to use as a base/neutral file for LUT based color-correction. It even warns about this in the actual document.
