Light Leaking Problem

I have been having a problem with this interior scene I have been creating. As you can see there is light leaking through corners and light on the wall. The light quality is at production and this is what happens every time it bakes. Any ideas?

I think it’s not a light leak but an extremely low lightmap resolution…

Agree with Makigirl, can be your lightmap rez or not enough padding for the way you split/laid out the lightmap UVs.

Thanks for the answer. I tried to increase the light map size, but as you can see it only made the leakage smaller and brighter. Also, some there is some splotchiness in the light.

What quality build is this screenshot? (Preview?)
I guess lightmap compression is turned on… maybe you don’t have lightmass portal(s) in your scene…
It can still be low resolution lightmap… which meshes are separate? Are your walls have thickness or just planes? The upper skirting: is it a separate mesh?
