I am making a horror game and followed this tutorial: Unreal Engine 4 Tutorial: Horror Game - Part 13b"Nightvision/Flashlight Camera" - YouTube
I cannot find the settings he used to get the effect, and I have tried messing around with the settings, but can’t find the right combination. I am looking for an Outlast kind of effect. I am new to post processing, so screenshots would be useful.
