PawnSensing Noise Emitter Help?

Ive been trying to make a spawnable object to emit noise but for some reason its not working. The blueprint is a Pawn, i originally tried using an Actor type but couldnt get a reference to self for the instigator. When the object is spawned it should print the name of the object if the Enemy class can hear it. Im using PawnSensing in my Enemy BP and PawnNoiseEmitter in my Gadget BP.

I do have ReGoCharNew BP that emits noise and is working fine and i dont see a reason why it would interfere with this.

Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
