Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Office Holiday

Physics Constraint Angular Limit allows to rotate more then limit value

Please help. If you set Swing 1 Motion to Limited in Physics Constraint and set 45 degrees for Swing 1 Limit. It is still possible to push connected object further then 45 degrees. How to deal with it. I need a certain limit, so player could not overrotate it.

Hi, how are you?

Any news on this? I'm running into the same issue, but I'm using VR.

The more Force that I apply on the door, it will rotate further, even tho I had set its contrains to be 45 degrees.

Have you found an ''work around'' for this issue?

Yes! Thanks to Unreal Support I found that needed settings are collapsed Linear Limits sections. See screenshot. Hope it will help you!
