Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

[Closed] Graphics Driver Disabled?

For some reason, every time I try and load up Fortnite, the program crashes and the crash reporter pop-up comes instead. I also have just recently realized that when I disable my Nvidia display driver, the program works. I've updated it multiple times and redownloaded it quite a bit, so there's something wrong with the game. I've talked with support from Nvidia, and they said my driver is fine. Is there a new compatibility issue with drivers in version 3.6? This only started happening after the new update, so I know they did something different. My graphics driver is a Quadro 3000m, and even if it's not the greatest for gaming, it worked fine before.

Hello, thank you for reporting your issues with Fortnite. Although the crash reporter window directs you here, Answerhub is meant for issues relating directly to Unreal Engine 4 rather than our game titles. For assistance with Fortnite, please visit the following link:

If you cannot find the solution to the problem you're encountering, please use the Email Us link on that page to contact Player Support for further assistance.

I have already tried both of those options, and I'm just impatiently trying other options to get the answers I need. Player Support is taking too long to answer, and I want this fixed by season 4.
