Archicad-Blender-UE4 workflow question

Hi there, I am fairly new to using UE4 for archviz, however I’m at the point where I am trying to figure out lighting. I am looking to mainly do large building renderings. For UV unwrapping in blender, what is the best way to separate building components in archicad ? by material? or have components as combined as possible? If combining components of the model for ease of unwrapping, is there a way to import the model for materials and textures on the separate UV channel? I guess i am looking for the easiest way to go through this process. Any resources for using blender-ue4 workflow for archviz would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
