Can you bring in a level design map from Photoshop and Model it to scale in Unreal 4?
unreal isnt really a modeling program but you could take assets made in another program and place them while in unreal to create your level. i dont really know what you mean by level design map but you can create a scene to scale in ue4 no problem.
