How do I bulk edit the "minimum light map resolution" (Not the lightmap resolution)?

I heard that by matching the “Minimum Light map resolution” with the “Light map resolution”, shadow quality and the overall feel of the scene greatly increases. Is that true?

that setting is in the details panel in the asset editor.

Not sure how both of them correlate to eachother.

Shadow quality increases when you increase the min lightmap res, if your lightmap UVs are correct.
You can also uncheck “Compress lightmaps” in the world settings.

But the overal look and feel of your scene depends on multiple factors, not just shadow…
