How to fix "PLEASE WAIT WHILE WE START YOUR UPDATE"?

Whenever i used to launch the Epic Games Launcher it used to say “connection to remote services failed, please try again later”(with an error code = wr-0002), so i did everything that was available on your forum, but nothing fixed it. So i uninstalled it and installed it again after some time but it appeared with a new thing that is “please wait while we start our update” . I waited 1 hour but nothing changed .I tried everything based on your forums on youtube but nothing changed! i am eagerly waiting to play fortnite. please provide me the steps to resolve this issue. and you guys know what Epic Games Launcher is full of bugs
