Transfer of marketplace assets licence

I am working on a game with my partner. I bought some marketplace assets with my account. We are going to start a “new company” to continue to work on the game, and eventually sell this game as the “new company”.

Do we need to buy assets again on our “new company” account?

You may use the assets with your new company account, but only for the same game for which it was purchased with your original account. You will need to purchase the assets again for use in a different project.
