Fail to "Download prerequisites"-SU-PQR1603

Hi!
I tried to get Fortnite… First of all I saved EpicInstaller (7.9.0 version) and then I ran this.
The installer founds updates and downloads them. No problems… Suddenly Windows tells me that Launcher Prerequisites (X64) wants to apply changes on the device so I press “Yes”. The program starts to install prerequisites, but at a certain point it shows me this

I found some tutorials on youtube to skip this step, but I am not sure it’s a good idea… I already tried to re-install the launcher but nothing changed.
I really hope someone can help me!

I already tried to follow the steps indicated in Microsoft Support and Epic Games’ knowledge base, but nothing happened.

I just tried some “hacks” on YouTube which helped me to make the launcher start… Anyway if someone needs help I’m free to help you to solve your issues.
