Project packaging fail, 2GB issue- Please help

Hey guys I am working on a project and when I try and package it up to send to someone it gives me a warning that my lightbuild scenario map file is too large (over 2gb) So I went back and made some edits and rebuilt the lighting and when I try and repackage it, unreal still tells me that the file is too large even though it is now only 1.5gb.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Not sure if you ever resolved this issue, but i’m having the same problem with a file in 4.20. Will update here if i find out why. To be honest i’ll probably just split the file more. But it seems a bit odd that it’s doing it on a 1.5gb file.

I reduced my .uasset file all the way down to 1.1gb and still have the same error.

did you manage to fix it?
