VR project not Packaging

When I go to package my project for windows, it critically fails and gives me this error (below). I really need help because the project is due soon and I am lost. I think it has something to do with forward shading.

Where do I change the number of samples in my shaders? I’m not to familiar with the technical side of Ue4 so I’m not sure what your referencing

The number of samples is set by the platform you are cooking for. You need to change your materials to fit inside that limit.

I went through all my materials and couldn’t find any that are over the sampler limit.

I migrated the level to a new project using unreal vr template and then it worked.
