Do i need to pay royalty?

Hello Unreal,

Ive a question about the royalty for your product.

I will make an app with your program for VR.
Through that app i will show furniture at customers that will come in my showroom.
Do i need to pay that 5% royalty? I make that app once and dont sell it. I only promote my products (furniture) with that app (built in Unreal).

UE4 is free to use, with a 5% royalty on gross product revenue after the first $3,000 per game per calendar quarter from commercial products.
