I’m trying to get rid of this:
I think it’s unnecessary and takes up valuable space for the tabs.
I’m talking about that “++UE4+Release-4.19”. I mean, come on, I know it’s 4.19… it says so in the small splash screen when I open the editor. Was it meant for screenshots? I don’t see a checkbox or anything in the Editor Preferences to hide it… My first instinct was to right click it, but it doesn’t show any options or anything.
Note: It’s displayed only after adding an empty “PerforceBuild.txt” file in “C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.19\Engine\Build” (to prevent the Epic Games Launcher from starting up).
