UE4 not sensing my android device

I recently installed codeworks on my pc so I could test my mobile game on an actual mobile.

It gave me an error that one file could not install (nTegra or so) because I did not have visual studio installed.

I went ahead and installed visual studio 2017 but that one file still does not install.

And when I go to my launch options, its says it can’t sense any android device even though my phone is plugged in and accessible by my pc.

Any help please?

Have you installed all the correct versions of the packages you need?
I’ve ran into some issues using 2017 and instead use 2015

Could I get a link to the 2015 version, tried to get that but it seems the links are always down

Ok I figure out why. My developer mode was not on.
