Conan Exile Cooking mod fail, return 3.

I had tried Conan Exile modding before coming back recently. However all this evening I just couldn’t build the mod. During cooking, it kept failing with the returned 3. I tested it out and did nothing special like changing the armor value to 100 as I had done it many times before.
Previously, I had updated the C++ compiler since my installed Visual Studio hadn’t got the thing it needed.
Mine is UE 4.19.2

Please, list all the thing you think it may work for me, greatly appreciated.
