Mobile ES3.1 Cannot spawn decals
I followed this post to get decals working: https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/462524/decals-on-android-do-not-work-what-is-a-alternativ.html
But they don't spawn at runtime on ES3.1 It works fine when they are placed in the level, but not when I try to spawn them. They spawn fine in Shader Model 5. I have DBuffer Decals enabled, Moveables in Early Z-Pass enabled and Early Z pass set to Opaque and Masked meshes.

I resolved this. When spawning the Decal, I had to increase the decal size in x,y,z to the same values.
