"Oculus Library" Blueprints Missing

The “Oculus Library” section in blueprints is no longer showing up in 4.19. I have the “OculusVR” and “Online Subsystem Oculus” enabled in the Plugins section but the blueprint library doesn’t show up under Input or anywhere else even if I uncheck “Context Sensitive” checkbox in blueprints.

I’d like to enable the 72hz mode for the Oculus Go but I can’t access that function.

I’m running on OSX.
