Project Settings and DefaultEngine.ini are beeing resettet everytime I open my Project

I’m trying to set two propertys in my
Project Settings → Physics → MinContactOffset=0.00001 and MaxContactOffset=0.0001, but the settings are beeing resettet everytime I restart the Project.

Also, the settings seem to be ignored by the launched android version, there the MaxContactOffset is the default one, not the one I set.

All I know is, I implemented this
[/Script{Engine.GarbageCollectionSettings]
gc.MergeGCClusters=1
because my Project wouldn’t launch on my device otherwise.
