Many questions

  1. yes. you have two options that i can think of at the moment and thats either parent one item to another, one method to do this is in the outliner drag one actor onto the other. the other option is to create a folder and put both item in it.

  2. also yes. create a plane then scale it to the desired size. this may not yield good results as the vertex count wont be very high but you could always create a custom mesh for this purpose in a 3d modeling program.

I have a few questions:

  1. Can you disable spawning at network start
  2. Is there a way to group items so they appear as one in the world outliner
  3. Is there a way to create one large water plane on a map
