Structure editor bug? Or am I missing something?

This is my first time creating user defined structs.

I opened the content browser and clicked on Add New / Blueprints / Structure.
I then opened the new new user defined struct and all I get is this:

Clicking on “New Variable” gives MemberVar_1 but still can’t do anything.

A right-click just gives me cut/paste.

I also tried this on a new blank project with the same results.

I’m using version 4.19.2

Not sure what to do next.
Anyone have an idea?
