Material Function not Tiling Correctly

Hello, this is my first post to the Hub. I was wondering if there was a way to change tiling through a material function. I followed a tutorial on Youtube, and his turned out alright. But mine has no chance of passing for a landscape. Any ideas??

The graph is to small to read, but generally you would controll the tiling by adding a Tiling scalar parameter for X and Y and then multiplying the texture coordinates by those.
