I went to play some fortnite the other day, when my internet was down. So, when this happens I get logged out of my epic account in the epic app. So when my internet was back online, i tried to login and got a message saying to reset my password with the error as-18100. Which also leads nowhere. So I couldn’t login to my epic account, and now, I can’t play. I spent a lot of money in fortnite and being able not to play, and having to wait for custom support is dreadful. Also, this may help whoever knows how to fix this. I Started playing fortnite on xbox and switch to pc. When I went to create an epic account, apparently I had already linked my xbox to an account. The account’s email was so bazaar I figured it was a bot. I was able to come into control of the account and have been using it. I can reset my password on different email accounts easily, but for some reason this specific account i cant.
