I am trying to build an empty project with UE 4.19.2 GitHub version and get the following errors while packaging for Android platform:

I have the same issue, did you find a solution?

Looks like for me it was just some bad intermediate state, full rebuild sorted it.

I tried full rebuild by deleting Intermediate, Build and DataDerivedCache directories. But still packaging fails. However packaging same project with Binary release of UE 4.19.2 is successful.

You also building/packaging with UE4.19.2 GitHub version ?
