Cloth get broken when import into ue4

I get a problem when import cloth into ue4.here is my work step.

  1. I get a fbx about cloth from artist.
  2. Import the fbx into the ue4.
  3. Import the fbx into 3dsMax, use 3dsMax to create cloth asset.
    it looks good。

  1. Import the apx or apb into ue4.
    it get many holes.

And here is all i have known:

1).Other cloth file may have a liittle holes and may not have holes when i do the same job.

2). If i just create cloth asset in ue4 and apply to cloth it works well, but it not work as well as the 3dsMax does.

3). It seems cloth asset get more simulated vertices in 3dsMax than Ue4 when using the same file.

If someone could give me a hint or show me some thoughts?
Does APEX has a special tool to create cloth assets other than plugin in 3dsMax or maya?
