How are replicated animations synchronised?

Hi all,

I know that if I want to replicate an animation, I should just replicate the variables which affect the state changes etc. But what I’m wondering is, if one of those variables changes, but due to network conditions etc, that variable gets replicated to me later than it should be, then won’t the animation change start late, and therefore the animation will be playing out of sync with the server?
