Can't open Epic Launcher/UE (network)

Hello there, I’ve been having a network issue while trying to sign up in UE/EL. However an error regarding network comes up so I click on the troubleshooter, did the things written there but nothing happens.

I’m not having any other problems while using social media sites or any kind of software that needs internet connection.

PC is connected to the wifi through LAN.

Error Code: EC-BI-LS-3

Halo, try finding one of our projects filles and run it from there, this bypassed the problem for me.
