Decals no longer work on Mobile 4.19

I used to have no issue rendering Deferred Decals on Mobile using OpenGL 3.1 in 4.18
I was using the following settings for my material:

Now in 4.19 they no longer work. Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong?

Nevermind, I fixed this. I just had to turn on Mobile HDR in the project settings

Glad you got it to work, but this won’t be a viable fix for many people. (Mobile HDR is too performance intensive for many mobile platforms)

couple years ago I would have agreed, but pretty much all newer phones now will have no issues with mobile HDR. So far I tested on 2015 Xperia z5, Samsung S5 , iPhone 6 and all have no issues. You also don’t need to use all the HDR features

It’s pretty crippling for mobile VR devices (Go, Quest). I noticed something close to a 50% reduction in my frame rate with it on…

The other reason it’s bad for mobile VR is that you can’t have “Multi view” enabled simultaneously with HDR, which seems to grant some large performance boosts.
