Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Recording a LevelSequence using an H.264 codec.

I'm trying to apply an H.264 codec when recording a Level Sequence video. Debugging the AVIWriter I've seen that the available values are:

WMVideo8 Encoder DMO WMVideo9 Encoder DMO MSScreen 9 encoder DMO DV Video Encoder MJPEG Compressor

but there's not a valid H.264 codec. Does anyone know a valid H.264 codec to install? I suppose it should contain a DirectShow encoder in order to be used from the AVIWriter.

Thanks a lot,

Did you ever solve it? I think I've been able to export h264 natively on a Mac but considering the Mac's GPU...
