Right Click -> Find References causes "Unrecognized Tab"

When I right click on a function or macro in my blueprint and select “Find References,” an editor tab opens at the bottom, next to “Compiler Results,” that only says “Unrecognized Tab.”

The same thing happens whenever I create a new variable, function, or macro in the blueprint but in that case the “Unrecognized Tab” appears next to the “My Blueprint” tab.

This happens with the default layout. I am willing to privately provide an example project.

OS: Windows 10
Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.371)

UE4 Editor: 4.19.0-3944462+++UE4+Release-4.19

My issue appears similar to others that were previously closed due to reproducibility issues. I hope to get a more successful outcome here.

I have this happen occasionally in 4.17.2 as well. I’m not sure how to make it happen but it seems to when I have more than one Find REferences tab open and then something else afterward (not sure what) seems to lose the pointer to one of them. It occurs with other tabs as well.
