Transparency from substance to UE4

Hi
I’m making some ‘‘trash’’ in a garbage bin. I have some trash bags some boxes and a TRANSPARENT plastic bottle.
In substance I created an opacity mask for the bottle

Now here’s my problem if I put my blend mode to MASKED the plastic part of the bottle is completely transparent

And if I put the shader in TRANSLUCENT the bottle is fine but the rest of the mesh is broken ( like a weird backface cull error)

I tried
1-putting a fill layer in substance at the bottom of everything
2- use a clamp node with the MASKED shader to try and control the opacity
3- Used the dither tempAA ( still not sure how to use it, it dosent look like plastic at all lol )
