Hi, I know this may seem like a dumb question, but I was wondering ig someone could show me how to "equip" the "advanced locomotion system by longmire" and also how can I master blueprints

mastering blueprints isnt something that can just be taught and really theres no one way to go about it. its something you just have to learn over time. its kind of like learning a new language. its also way too broad of a topic to really be discussed in a answerhub post, its more of a forum topic.

as for the using that specific asset i dont own it so i cant really help you there. however usually when a asset like that is released the creator makes a tutorial or at least some howto instructions to go along with it so you may want to look for that or ask the creator.

Thanks Ill try that

You were right life saver

One way you can master Blueprint’s is by practicing in a way that you really learn. You can look at a ton of tutorials some do line up and follow the exact same formula. It’s worth looking at multiple tutorials for the same technique or problem you are trying to solve. I tend to learn a technique and then start a new project and use what I have learnt with no help up until the point that I really need help. Blueprints are all about logical thinking which is why rehearsing something without help is vital to your development.

An hour of working in an organized way can go a long way. Also learn what functions/variables ect are available at your disposal and what they are used for. It’s about knowing what you need when you need it. You’d be surprised about the depth Blueprints can provide to a project.

Good luck on your mission.

I do not own the Advanced Locomotion System V3

I think when you buy it, you get the option to ‘Add to Project’, or create it as a project. Once you have done either of these you will be given pre-made blendspaces, animation blueprints and everything else you need to use the product to it’s full potential. You will also be able to re-target the animations to a new character of your own and start building a unique project based on your ideas and skill level.

Hope this helps.

All working ok?
