I play Train Sim World and Fernbus Simulator, both which are UE4 games, recently both games have started to freeze momentarily and then crash. After the games crashes, both games show a message stating that the crash resulted as a problem with the UE4 engine.
I think this is an issue with the game running externally. I don’t believe there’s anything you need to do regarding the Unreal Engine. If you are running the games through Steam, you can right click on the game in your library and select ‘Properties’, ‘Local Files’ and then ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’. This will ensure you have all the files to run the games you want and it will install any that are missing.
