Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Are UE-58198 and UE-57652 the same bug?

it looks like UE-58198 and UE-57652 are the same bug? Both are about flickering foliage. One about opengl and the other linux (as it uses opengl)

One of them is fixed, hopefully meaning both are (assuming they are the same bug)

Product Version: UE 4.19

Hi Alex,

I'm responsible for logging the Linux specific bug and I believe it is a duplicate of the first - I didn't test it with the OpenGL renderer on any other platform and assumed it was Linux.

I have been tracking it on the forums here: https://forums.unrealengine.com/development-discussion/rendering/1454850-foliage-culling-bug-on-linux-with-4-19-0-4-19-2
