Cannot Access Vault/Library After Wrongful Ban

I was wrongfully banned while playing Fortnite due to what may have been an internet-related problem or a Windows Update related problem, and customer support has been very unhelpful. However, I learned that this is a total account ban, not just from playing the game. I cannot access any of the Marketplace content that I have purchased throughout the entire time I’ve been a member and customer of Epic Games for. I’m developing a video game and I need to be able to access my Marketplace content, how can I do this if my account has been (wrongfully) banned? Of course, I’ve had to use a separate account to post this question because I can’t even log-on to my now permanently banned account that has the content within it.

Fixed: Game ban is still present, but I am now able to log-in and access the Marketplace after reaching out to staff on Twitter.
