Error IS-BV02

Hello everyone when installing Unreal Engine, an error IS-BV02.
Installation on a disk with NTFS file system.
Checking for errors did and did not help.
What to do?

Can you try to install the Unreal Engine on another drive if possible, just to rule out network errors?

But first of all;

  1. Are you using a 64 bit operating system?
  2. Did you try the recommended steps at Epic Games Support | Get Help & Customers Service

And have you tried to install on another disk?

I have an NTFS file system on all disks.
1.Yes 64 Bit
2. Yes, I used this manual.)

Yes, I tried to install on all 3 drives that are on my computer

I have the same problem trying to install 4.20 preview 1.
I did a memtest and hdds tests, all comes back fine.

Same problem here with 4.20 preview 1.
Tried a fresh install - uninstall launcher - install new launcher - new download of 4.20.
Win10 x64, NTFS C drive. Tested on E drive (NTFS) - now getting IS-MF01-5-5.

No problems with the hardware
4.19.2 running smooth

I’ve tried on all 4 of my HDDs, getting this error is a pain.
I’ve installed newer versions of Unity and other games, yet this version 4.20p1 is still giving me this error.
Tested ram again, and HDDs again.

In my case, it turned out it was Bitdefender who was blocking a UE install file (flagged as virus). After adding UE to the whitelist all installs fine.

I have the same problem but it is only for a certain game everything else installs and updates perfectly normal
