UE-59150 Fatal Error (32-bit packaging Windows Build)

I found my exact issue at Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-59150) but I don’t see any answers to the problem. I’m having the exact same issue with the exact same output. What is annoying is that it is marked “fixed” but when I try to follow the links they give me a 404 error.

Please help!

getting this error as well in 4.19

the same error on 32 bit in 4.19

I’m pretty certain I just rebuilt the project by deleting the generated project files. Look up how to regenerate unreal engine project. Good luck!

Target Fix is marked as “4.20”.
Try to reproduce the error on the engine version 4.20.
