I can't change the country on my billing profile

I’ve sent multiple emails to the contact form on changing it, I send all the details they ask but keep asking me to send them and don’t know what else to do, been replying to the emails they send me but nothing has happened for 2 weeks now. This is the email I’ve been sending to support@epicgames.desk-mail.com

The method for contacting Epic Account Support has changed since this post was made. Now in order to change your email address please fill out this form. It says Fortnite, but it’s for UE4 support too, just select “PC/Mac” from the Fortnite Game Platform combo-box, select a random Game Mode, and then use “Accounts” option for Game Issue.

Make sure to include all relevant information, they will reply back to you by email.
