I do not understand how to make meshes, work with animations, and a lot of other things. I have the basics down so far, I have AI enemies, Fireable Weapon (Although the weapon isn’t actually in his hands) Sprint crouch prone irons etc functions, and a basic view of a map. But my plan for this is a full fledged FPS like the likes of HALO 5 and Call of Duty. But I desperately need help with these specifically: Animation creation, and implementation; AI advanced settings; and Meshes for something like blender. Of course help in other areas would be great to. Please get back to me on this, I really could use a team to work with. There may be money involved, when the game is released. I will get back to you on that.

I admire your aspiration, but you should realise that games like Halo 5 are not an afternoon project created by people with grasp on just the simple basics.
This video was recommended to me long time ago, and now i recommend you to watch it too.
Dont just jump from a firearm that you can’t even make your character hold properly to Halo 5. Start small, simple. Create something playable, and be proud of what you created. Go up step by step.
I have some experience making meshes in blender as well as maya and 3ds max (not my primary skill however). I’m most passionate about landscapes and level/world design. If you need someone like that I’d be happy to lend you my time even if this project doesn’t go anywhere.
