Character is laying down after exporting the animation fbx from maya

Hi,

I am trying to export some animations from Maya to UE4. I’ve used Game Exporter to export for Skeletal Mesh and animations. I set the Up axis to Z. While importing the animation in UE4 and connecting to my character skeleton, it seems like laying down looking up in the sky!

The animation is running properly, it’s just the character orientation isn’t right. And, i don’t know how to fix it.

I couldn’t find any solution of this problem. I tried with enabling the ‘Use TOAs ref pose’ option while importing the skeleton, but the issue is still there. May you please help with this?

Are you sure it isnt because you changed the Up axis to Z?

Lol Yes, I kept the up axis as Y 1st time I exported. That’s why, i changed to Z, as i thought may be axis is the problem.
