I cant play a single Fortnite match without the game crashing. Every time someone shoots a gun, I crash. Usually, I just randomly crash but I haven’t been able to play a single game ever since 4.3 patch. I play on Macbook but that isn’t the problem. Before 4.3 it worked perfectly but ever since the patch it lags a whole lot and crashes in the middle of every match. I emailed Epic 3 weeks ago with no response and I know people that emailed epic months ago and didn’t get anything back. I guess emailing them does nothing because they don’t read or respond. i love the game but sometimes it crashes in the middle of a game i already sent a mail to epic but the customer service sucks there isn’t even a customer service you just get a reply from a bot that says go to our page and read this when will you guys get a real customer service and not a e-mail reply bot
