Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Streaming levels and lightmass. Does each levels lightmass setting override persistent levels settings?

So lets say i have 5 levels all being streamed to a persistent level. Lets call it the collector. Each level is always loaded. My question is does each level look to its own lightmass settings within its level or do they pick up the settings set in the persistent level? So for instance level 1 has a indirect lighting quality set to 1.0 but the persistent level may have a setting for indirect lighting quality set to 4.0 for instance. Basically do i set all the streamed level files lightmass settings individually or do they read from the persistent level when i bake he lighting? Unless i'm being dumb iu couldn't find an answer to this in the documentation.

Any insight greattly appreciated.
