360 video is black in media player
Hi I've imported a 360 video on Unreal, these are its specs : Codec : H264 Frame Rate 29.97 fps Frame Rate Range 29.97 - 29.97 fps Dimensions 4096x2048
Unfortunately when I hit play in the media player I can't see the video but just a black screen although I can hear the audio.
Is it a codec problem or should I something in particular to have that working?
Also, this is meant to work in VR, what kind of codec would you recommend instead?
Thank you for your help!

Pc, we are using vive for that.
Currently I've got that working but re-exporting it on premier. Video bitrate is 11448 kpbs, 29 fps , and data rate is 11127 kbps.
I've got a level blueprint that opens the player as the game starts!
Thanks for your help!
I used a framerate of 25 in most of my videos and this worked. Most of the time I use mp4 containers but movs do also work.
Most of the time I test with different settings until everything works but I did not find the holy grail. Do you want it on mobile or on a pc? What are your Bitrate settings?
How is your script setup to play the video?
