Engine crashes when I play

All of a sudden, engine refuses to play or simulate game I am working on. It was working perfectly fine before but I have no idea what happened. I’m running 4.4 Preview.

Hey Tree Fiddy,

When did this begin happening? Was this immediately after starting 4.4 Preview, or sometime after? If you update your 4.3 version of project with changes you made to 4.4 version, does same crash occur?

Could you up and attach crash logs for project? Thanks!

Ive been running 4.4 preview for a few days now, it began crashing yesterday. I think I did put crashlogs in initial post, if thats not it, where can I find it?

We like if you can up log and dump files and attach them, if you don’t mind. You can find what we’re looking for here:

If you are experiencing a crash, then
please provide us with the .LOG and
.DMP files from your
[project]\Saved\Logs folder.
Additionally, you can please send us
CrashReportClient.log file located
in C:\Program Files\Unreal
Engine\4.0\Engine\Programs\CrashReportClient\Saved\Logs.

You can just up whole Logs folders if you’re not sure which ones to grab, just make sure you it after a crash. There’s some more information you can find here:

Have you converted to official 4.4 release and upgraded to 4.4.1 or 4.4.2 yet? Are you still experiencing this issue after upgrading?
