Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Selection/cursor problem in 2D tileset view

Hello, everybody!

I am experiencing a problem in the 2D tileset editor, where the clicked tiles are significantly off set from the mouse cursor's position. I.e, it is nearly impossible to select a desired tile.

The Issue has apparently been adressed by Leah Siddall, who posted this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XplP789L3rk) of the very problem, and I'm sure she also would appreciate any help.

Kind Regards, Thomas

I appear to have the same issue, I have completely uninstalled Unreal and the Epic Launcher, and reinstalled it. Tried using a variety of files and file formats, types and sizes, and reformatted my laptop with a new version of windows and the issue persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using UE 4.19

Display settings of 150% seem to be the cause for my laptop. Right click > display settings > set to 100%. Sign out, back in, and restart UE 4.
